Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): $8.00
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff time of 3:00 PM Central Time (UTC-06:00) will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard transit time: 6–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- If an order has not shipped yet, we can update the address upon request.
- If the package has already shipped, additional carrier fees may apply for redelivery.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require the customer to pay reshipping costs.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@capsandthreads.store within 30 days of the delivery date or the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide the appropriate resolution.
