Return and Refund Policy

At Caps and Threads we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below for complete details.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale or discounted items

Return Shipping & Return Labels

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Caps and Threads will cover all return shipping costs.
  • A prepaid return label is not included in the package.
  • For approved defective or incorrect returns, a prepaid return label will be sent by email.

How to Initiate a Return

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

After your request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions.
If the item is defective or incorrect, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

Return Method

By Mail

  • For standard returns, customers use their own return shipping label.
  • For defective or incorrect items, use the prepaid label we provide by email.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at support@capsandthreads.store so we can assist you promptly.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Caps and Threads does not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item, you may request a return and then place a new order for the correct product.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees

Caps and Threads does not charge restocking fees.
